One of my foavorite posts from my preivous blog...enjoy!!!
So yesterday I was surfin' the web (do we still use that terminology?) and came across this website that held my interest for longer than a minute. It's this website that makes you love yourself more. Inside that website you have tasks that you complete and send in. One of the tasks was to give yourself advice now to your younger self. Here is some that I had jotted down, and then some...
Please do not sneak hand fulls of your birthday cake on your 4th birthday, move the cake around so mom doesn't see it, and eat it under the kitchen table, she IS WAY PREGNANT with Lesley and her hormones are CRAZY!
You were right in 4th grade to hate Emily, she didn't change! Stay far away from any girl named Emily later in life. The name is cursed. Even as an adult.
Practice Practice Practice your multiplication facts, as an adult you still don't know your 6's, 7's, and 8's very well!
DON'T get that tattoo on your foot, why it's rather cute, the meaning means nothing.
Don’t worry, mom and dad will get a divorce so you won’t have to worry about him anymore.
You know that boy that you stare at in the band room in Jr. High, he doesn’t know you now, but he will know you in high school and he will become your husband so don't be too shy around him, and don't goof off in band your freshman year, he thinks that is WAY NERDY!
Don’t be afraid to try out for cheer in 10th grade, you will make it and be really good at it!
That girl that you just met in 8th grade, Tammie, she becomes your best friend, so be nice to her.
Don't take that job at Wells Fargo, they suck, and I'll leave it at that.
Trish is a loser, and will always be one, so don’t get into that fight on the bus to stick up for her.
You will meet your biological dad really soon so don’t stress and he’s cool- you also have two brothers!
You are not fat, BELIEVE ME, you are not fat!
Pay for Tammie to go to Hawaii to be your Maid of Honor-trust me, if you don't, you will have wedding pictures of people that are no longer in your life.
Do not sign any progress reports as your mother in 6th grade, if you do, your whole summer will be shot.
Your sister has two babies before you do, it's ok, they are your life!
There are so many more but I didn't want to bore you all with my story. Tell me what you would say to yours
